Online Reputation Crisis – An Update of Holland and Knight Anonymous Naysayer: HK Law

I have been anticipating updated news about who’s who in regard to the unauthorized author of Holland & Knight’s negative, online conversation several months ago, when I wrote my original post: Legal firms dont allow outside parties
Shed some light on disgruntled players within the construct of any large law firm and you’re likely to find some lurid details . Dan Hicks, journalist and senior consultant with the Institute for Crisis Management headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky and the Institute’s president Larry Smith, shed some much anticipated light on some of the people within H&K’s constructs, who could possibly be carrying a grudge.
Larry had been following Holland & Knights (http://www.hklaw.com) internal crisis for the last couple of years, and connected Dan to it. In Dan’s blog, Communicating Through a Crisis,
